砂の時間 Sunano-jikan

相変わらず素敵です。

高鈴のニューアルバムの案内をlittle dance musicより頂きました。

砂の時間と言うタイトルのそのニューアルバムは４月２９日にリリースされるそうです。

全８曲のアルバム、サウンドはピアノ、エレキギターにアンビエントな打ち込みを多用したそうです。

私は、あまり歌詞のついた音楽が得意ではないんです。

と言うのも最近の邦楽はなんとも押し付けがましい励ましの内容が多いから...

高鈴の音楽はそんな押し付けがましさがないから好き。

そして高稲さんの歌が本当にうまいのです〜っと身体に入って来ます。

もちろんギターの山口さんの作るサウンドがとても素敵なので全てが心地よいんですが。

サンプルCDに入っている砂の時間、痕を残して（これがなかなか染みます）、あの家に帰ろう（BS朝日『いつも、ロハス日和』のエンディングテーマ）はどれも素敵なので２９日にリリースされるアルバムが楽しみ！ライブも！

One of my favorite Japanese bands "Callin" will release a new album on 29th of April.
I received a sample of new album a couple days before.
Oh yes, this new one will be beautifully nice again!
for the Transparent vol.03, we were allowed to interview featured in the pages of two of them "Callin".
the lyrics that Vocalist Takane Yamamoto writes are not "pushy encouragement" like you hear many times when you listen Japanese music....
we don't need encouragement ALL THE TIME... I wanna say that "I am not sad"or"I am not worried things".
well...anyways
the melodies are also beautiful. I wish you have a chance to listen this music one day!

まだまだ、寒い日が続きますが春に向けてショッピングです。
ず〜っと欲しかったサングラス。

リンダ・ファローは1970年代に活躍したサングラスのデザイナー
その後ブランド自体は休止していましたが、リンダの息子であるサイモン・シャブロンが
「リンダファローヴィンテージ」として復活させたもの。
様々なデザイナーとコラボレーション作品を発表しています。

I always wanted sun glasses and I found those cool ones!

Those are by MATTHEW WILLIAMSON collaborated with LINDA FARROW.

LINDA FARROW is the sunglass designer who achive in 1970's.

Her brand had closed but later her son resurrect the brand as "LINDA FARROW VINTAGE".

He has been working with so many designers.

さて、こちらはグラステーラーの作品。
フレームを全て手作りで作っていられます。
Transparent vol.04の職人さんにインタビューのページで特集させて頂きました。
とってもユニークで、世界に１つしかない自分の顔にぴったり合うデザインを作り出してもらえます。
遠くはNYから注文を受けた事があるとか。
オーダーメイド好きな私ですのでいつかオーダーしたいと思ってます！

Alice and her friends in a wonder forest

Transparent vol.01で作ったファッションページに参加して頂いた、アーティストの久保田さん。
まだ学生さんなんですが、思ってたイメージにぴったりな作品を作っておられたので、オンラインポートフォリオを
見て早速メールを送らせてもらい、一緒に作品を作らせてもらいました。

イメージは不思議な国のアリスが森でお友達を観客にファッションショーごっこをしていると言うもの。
衣装は3.1フィリップリムやエマ・クック、ピーター・イエンセン、イーリーキシモトなどを使わせてもらいました。
懐かしい！

さて、その久保田さんから先日国立新美術館で開催される五美大展に出店するとDMを頂きました。

For the Transparent vol.01, I found an Artist Takayuki Kubota. he the artist who draws cute but surrealistic pieces which I was exactly looking for.
And sent him email. We made fashion pages together.
He is a still student but his drawings are so much fun to look!
The theme of the photos is "Alice plays Fashion show with her friends in wonder forest".
we use clothing 3.1 Philip Lim, Emma Cook, Peter Jensen, ELEY KISHIMOTO etc...
Those all brand were so cute.

Last month I received a card from him. that was lovely surprise anyway.
He will having show as his graduation exhibition in Tokyo.
If you are around, why don't you go and have look.
It should be great :)

Lucie Rie

東洋陶磁器美術館で開催中のルーシー・リー展に行ってきました。

素晴らしい色使いに何とも言えないフォルムのバランスに感動しました。

彼女の作品は彼女自身を表すかの様にとても上品で柔らかい線ですが力強さもあり

素敵でした。

素敵な女性だったんだろうな〜と憧れます。

毎日の生活をとても丁寧におくれる人に憧れます。

あんな素敵な作品が部屋にあれば...

よし。背筋を伸ばして、大切に時間を使う様に心がけよう。

I visited an exhibition of Lucie Rie yesterday
She was an Austrian ceramic artist.
and I admire her so much.
Her works are very elegant, soft, and very strong as much as the person who is the woman I am guessing from her picture.
beautiful pieces!
I wish I could own one as my collection.
Okay now, I will straightens my spine and spend and make my time as beautiful moment!

次回号のTransparentのテーマはla musicaにしようと思ってます。

音楽や映画からインスピレーションを受ける事は良くあります。
最近はアメリカのテレビ、ダンスオーディション番組"So you think you can dance"が面白いです。
ダンスって凄い！
振り付け師が音楽にインスパイアされたりタンスの中でストーリーを作って行くのですが体や表情の動きで表すのが面白い。

私もそんな風に次回のTransparentを作ってみたいと思ってます。
日本ではこの間シーズン６の放送が終わったばかりですが、振り付け師Sonya Tayehの作品で、コンテスタントが踊った音楽Lykke LiのTime Fliesがとっても素敵でした。
で、色々調べてたらこの音楽もステキ。
Bon Iverもなんだか良いバンドですよね...

I was often inspired from the musics, Arts and Films.

Recently I enjoy watching TV show called "So you think you can dance".

Here in Japan, Just finished seasone 6.

Dancing is great! I wish I could dance like them...

Anyways...

the choreographers make a story in the dance routine by using dancer's body and expression.

When I take photographs I always try that.

because it makes photos more interesting.

Some contestant had danced a work of Choreographer Sonia Tayeh.

The music by Lykke Li "Time Flies" was beautiful.

So I checked out her other music.

this song which she sang with Bon Iver is quite cute.

Pink! Pink! Pink!

女の子ですので、ピンクは好きです。

気づけば色んな物がピンク色。

でもでも大人なピンクを心がけたいものです。

去年末、Transparent vol.04でお世話になったモデルさんにお声をかけて頂いて、

これまたTranspaerentに参加して頂いたヘアメイクさんと作品撮りをしました。

やっぱりファッション写真は楽しい！

購入したてのどぴんくなバック紙を使って撮影しました。

カッコいいピンクを撮りたくて、草間弥生さんの様な毒々しさも出したかった。

ドットはどこにもありませんが...

定期的に作品撮りしないとな〜

Transparent01ではパン屋さんに取材してパンの特集ページを作りました。

パンって美味しいですよね。

今日は、週に一回のトレーニングの日だったのですが、スタジオの近くにあるんです...

美味しい食パンで有名なお店が...

できたてほやほやの食パンを一本買い。

お友達の分とおばさん家の分と３本買って来ました。

おいしいパン屋さんは本当にあっちこっちにある!

は〜食べるのは我慢出来ないのでやっぱりがんばってトレーニングに励みましょ。

we made feature pages of great bakeries in on transparent vol.01.
Oh I love bread !! there are so many good bakeries.

It was the day for a workout once a week.
And There is a one of the best bakeries near the training gym...

It called "SENBOKUDOU"
I bought one for me and one for my best friend and one for my cousin...
I can't definately do diet without eating....so I have to keep working out...

Oh! I can't wait to eat that toast tomorrow morning!

hym 2011 S/S

昨日、ドメスティクのメンズブランドのhymの2011S/Sを撮影させて頂きました。

Transparet04に参加して頂いたヘアメイクさんとご一緒させて頂き、18時スタートのちょっと遅い撮影でした。カット数もかなりありましたが、なんとか終了。

楽しくお仕事させて頂きました。スタッフのみなさんデザーナーさんthank you♡

近々hymウェブサイトにて公開される予定です！

次回号では是非誌面にてご紹介させて頂きたいと思います。

Yesterday I did photo shooting for domestic men's brand "hym".
I worked with a hair/make-up artist who contribute for Transparent 04.
the photo shooting started from ６pm. and we had to shoot many many photos but it was fun job.
thanks for all crews and the designer of hym.
the original photos will be uploaded soon on hym website!
we hope that we will introduce this brand in next issue.
